SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 12pm CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 12pm CST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

HOW DO I CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us an email or call immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

SUNGLASSES & WARRANTY

ARE THEY UV PROTECTED?

All of our sunglasses are UV 400 protected That means that the glasses protect your eyes from both UVA and UVB radiation. 

DO YOU OFFER PRESCRIPTION LENSES?

I am sorry at the moment we do not provide prescription services. 

WHAT DOES 'POLARIZED' MEAN?

Polarization blocks glare, because glare isn’t ideal when you’re trying to walk your dog on a busy street. Like stated before, the sun’s rays reflect light in every direction and when a ray hits a flat surface, the reflected light shines back at your eye which causes glare.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

AKQUIRED warrants that our sunglasses are free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 MONTHS  from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches on lenses, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
